*Research Operations Program Manager*
The Salesforce Research & Insights Operations & Program Management team is currently seeking a Research Operations Program Manager to join our fast-growing team in the USA and India. As the Research Operations Program Manager, you ll collaborate and form strong partnerships across the Research & Insights team and beyond. A primary focus of this role will be leading and optimizing projects and tasks that address both the strategic and tactical operational needs for the Research & Insights team that is rapidly growing in scope and size.

*Who you are*
To be successful in this role, you will need to adapt easily to changes in requirements and are able to switch directions quickly. You are self-driven and can prioritize when faced with multiple projects, but know when to ask for help. You are a master of communication, both written and verbal. Ultimately, you are a professional team player with a positive attitude and approachable even when you are managing several projects. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience launching and leading Research/UX programs is a plus.



*Your impact:*

* Manage and provide support for the team events and programs
* Manage and lead R&I internal meetings such as quarterly Show & Tell, Research Insights review with Strategy & Operations Executive Leadership
* Partner with Researchers to organize quarterly Product Insights Series webinars
* Manage creation and distribution of team communications within Research & Insights team to keep all involved teams informed, aligning on org s priorities and resource availability
* Create and maintain templates, process documentation and communication plans for various programs and efforts such as emails, decks, announcements, and social media posts
* Data management support to enhance record data and run quality assurance checks
* Comfortable working in the face of ambiguity, and able to solve immediate needs in balance with the long-term vision and competing priorities
* Ability to collaborate well in a cross-functional environment and partner with various levels of leadership across multiple teams



*What you ll bring to the team:*


* BA or equivalent experience of at least 3- 5 years in Research/UX operations or project management capacity
* Excellent communication skills you can quickly establish an easy rapport with a wide variety of people through both speaking and writing
* Advanced relationship-building skills that can promote collaboration with other teams within Salesforce
* Experience concurrently coordinating multiple fast-moving projects of varying levels of complexity and follow-through
* The operational mindset that drives efficiency across the team while maximizing their overall impact
* Creative, analytical, and methodical in approach to problem-solving - able to identify problems others missed, make reasoned decisions with imperfect or ambiguous information, and be proactive in identifying and recommending the best path forward
* Able to learn new and various project management tools to track the projects deliverables, timelines, and keep teams informed

Bonus: Exposure to User Experience/Design/Research operations and processes, enterprise platforms, or the CRM space

*Skills:*

* Exceptional written communication skills
* High level of expertise with deck design
* Microsoft Suite (Advanced Excel analytics preferred)
* Project Management & scheduling skills
* Google Suite
* Photoshop/ Client Illustrator (preferred)
* Pardot (or other marketing automation tool experience) (preferred)
* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred)
