The Candidate will be responsible for analyzing statistics and looking for ways the agency can improve our online marketing efforts. These efforts may include Sharepoint article creation, technological updates to end user services, creation of newsletters, using Drupal, MS Word, Outlook email.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining quarterly IT newsletter for OAG

Creating and updating Sharepoint articles and pages for updates

Sending regular correspondence to large organization staff concerning technical updates

WORKER EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or other related fields.

Experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

5	Required	Promote technical advances and updates digitally for all divisions in OAG CSD-IT
5	Required	Expert knowledge of digital newsletter creation
5	Required	Expert knowledge and command of communication including technical writing, email correspondence, and blast memos
5	Required	Strong skills in creating word drafts and converting to PDF as well as embedding into Sharepoint sites
5	Required	People skills conducive to working in a team environment
5	Required	Expert in developing strategies for marketing campaigns to assist with pushing updates to staff in an effective manner
3	Preferred	Experience with cloud infrastructure, OneDrive technology, Sharepoint
3	Preferred	Knowledge of Agile project delivery methods, tools, concepts
1	Preferred	Technical content understanding to include basic concepts of infrastructure, IT, operations, and project management
