Project Manager:

• Aid in coordination of QC plan.
• Verify plans are stamped & approved by city prior to starting.
• Prepare product submittals per plans & city specs and follow up for approval prior to procurement.
• Facilitate In-House pre-con with WCCI team prior to starting work.
• Process RFI's & change orders & follow up on status.
• Issue PO's & Work Order's for suppliers & subs.
• Prepare & submit fire plan to city fire marshal for review & approval.
• Check basecamp (our internal project management software) for daily updates from field personnel & respond / issue "to-do's" as required.
• Provide overall preliminary schedule.
• Provide 3 week look ahead prior to starting & update by end of week every week.
