Will be in the office, 8-5, working with mail. Must be dependable and reliable The Program Support Administrator, as part of the Account Management team, performs a wide variety of administrative and program support tasks relating to contracts and deliverables. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Performs a variety of general administrative support functions such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, submitting expense reports, document/file management,etc. - Provides general office support including answering phones, postage machine management, office supply ordering, and other tasks in support of the daily operation of the office. - Reviews and answers correspondence and inquiries related to contracts and deliverables. - Assists with preparation of program related documentation including invoicing, client reports, and case management activities. - Assists in research assignments as directed. - Collects, assembles, and organizes data to support internal and external reporting requests. - Generates reports; compiles data from various sources, verifies data. - Collaborates with Program Specialists, Program Managers and Directors to complete special projects related to budgeting, RFP response, or client request. - Performs data entry into HIPP or Maestro case management systems. - Performs quality assurance work to support client deliverables in the areas of billing, CAV, estates, or HIPP. - Identification and entry of viable HIPP or casualty cases into systems. - Supports case managers and performs valuation and initial case management activities for casualty, HIPP, and estates programs. Required Skills: - Familiar with professional standard concepts, practices, and procedures within department to plan and accomplish goals. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. - Positive work attitude; takes ownership of projects and their results. - Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Excellent phone manner/skills. - Strong customer relation skills. - Resourceful and able to work well with a variety of personalities while remaining personable and helpful. - Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. - Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data. Required Education/Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred - 1+ year experience in an administrative support capacity.
