East coast based would be optimal for any offshore Specifics: Experience Band: 10-15 years Experience in Anaplan and other EPM Platforms (JDA, Kinaxis APO, SAP IBP, etc.) Experience of working in Supply Chain and Demand Planning for CPG industry is mandatory. University degree (university or technical college) in the fields of Supply Chain, finance, statistics, economics, business administration or equivalent education MBA/ CA or equivalent Experience in Anaplan and other EPM Platforms (JDA, Kinaxis APO, SAP IBP, etc.) Experience of working in Supply Chain and Demand Planning for CPG Industry is mandatory. Understand the Business Process landscape and recognize the Business Problems across different industries spanning across different functions of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Procurement Experience in gathering business requirements through running workshops with clients Able to document requirements clearly and effectively work with the modellers to make sure that the requirements are properly developed. Use EPM frameworks and accelerators to ensure strategic alignment of the clients performance management model while providing them with actionable insights and faster decision-making capabilities Experience of working on multiple internal / external data sources, with a clear appreciation of the data quality challenges, enrichment strategies, best practice consumer data visualisation for the marketing organisation Ability to develop performance management models and conceptualize design of business intuitive visualizations Comfortable with - Data thinking, candidate should have an analytical bent of mind, and ability to appreciate the various applications of analytics for solving business problems Great ability to conduct research and analysis (from open source).
