The Technical Architecture Consultant is the Resource that will evaluate the data and voice network infrastructure to ascertain the needs for both the voice and data applications and platforms. One Resource can complete this Deliverable, but if two Technical Architecture Consultant Resources are required (one for voice and one for data), Contractor must seek the prior approval of the County and conform with the not-to-exceed requirements. Deliverables include:
o Define the current state for the County by working with designated County personnel to understand current infrastructure challenges and desired outcomes.
o Analyze information gathered during assessments and prepare target-state of infrastructure plans for data and voice.
Prepare current-state / future-state infrastructure roadmaps to ensure current VoIP platform can function during migration and prepare gap analysis.
Develop infrastructure migration and deployment plans.
o Recommend migration plan that addresses the County voice and data needs and requirements from assessments and recommendations including end user experiences, security, operations, sustainability and scalability, analytics, regulatory compliance, etc.
o Evaluate and define existing voice environments, including voice usage in call centers, Designated Hospitals' business offices and agency offices, configurations, and architectures.
Gather technical configuration documentation (diagrams, config models, etc.).
Collect existing performance reports/data.
o Evaluate data collected during discovery activities to identify technical gaps and opportunities to deliver and migrate to a best-in-class voice solution within the Cisco UC/UCCE 12.5 environment.
Develop target-state architectural and configuration models and designs.
o Provide voice architecture recommendations to deliver against County target-state requirements related to endpoints, setup/configuration, controls and policies, performance monitoring, etc.
