HR Coordinator/Generalist

We are looking to add a long term full time member to our team. We are looking for a coordinator that we can teach to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties.
We have templates for everything and can teach. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage but not a requirement.
Skills: email, writing emails to clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
We will teach these:
- I9, New hire paperwork and Insurance. We have templates for everything and can teach.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records and review contracts (hard and soft copies)
- We can teach about what to look for in contracts.
Onboarding of employees and getting all their paperwork from them. Again, we have
a new hire email created that can handle most any kind of onboarding.
- May assist our recruiters to search and speak to candidates.
