Title: IT Compliance Analyst (Hybrid Role)
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Chicago, IL
The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible to document and monitor users' access, and all related to IT SOX policies and managing internal and external audits. Also, is responsible for documenting and maintaining documentation of applications and infrastructure systems.
  • Perform user access reviews bi-annually
  • Perform sensitive user access reviews bi-annually
  • Perform contactor access review bi-annually
  • Write and maintain IT SOX policies review annually
  • Manage yearly internal and external audits evidence gathering and questions
  • Document sensitive roles and responsibilities for access and functionality
  • Change management meetings Bi-Monthly
  • Investigate control noncompliances
  • Assist in yearly internal and external AITF audits
  • Document and maintain documentation of applications and infrastructure systems
  • Assist HR in HR's termination control process
  • Assist in documentation of the business process
  • Competencies
    • Attention to detail and flexibility in working on multiple projects at once
    • Strong knowledge of SOX ITGCs and compliance issues
    • Knowledge of Oracle functionality.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Eye for details
    • Ability to maintain strong working relationships
    • Strong research and reporting abilities
    • Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation
    • Ability to implement comparative analysis and deliver logical recommendations or conclusions
    • Demonstrates a clear understanding of policies and procedures of operation; complies with and applies policies and procedures appropriately.
    • Keeps current with and effectively applies new work methods, skills, and technologies to complete work.
    • Demonstrates the willingness and competence to work in multiple functional areas.
    • Plans prioritizes and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results.
    • Project management skills are a plus
    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
