Job Title: Senior Web Analyst - Digital Marketing Location: North Wales, PA Duration: 3 Months Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or related experience in analytical, mathematical, web development, or similar fields 8-10 years of experience in multichannel or web analytics, preferably in the Pharma industry Expertise in web analytics tools and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google AdWords, BigQuery, Contentsquare, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, etc. Data-driven mindset and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide data visualizations and solutions Ability to work with web development and marketing teams to implement solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to understand/explain the implementation Responsibilities: Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior data to provide insights and recommendations for improving web design and digital marketing campaigns Work with IT and Digital Publishers to ensure proper tagging implementation and data integrity via GTM Collaborate with Web Capabilities team to onboard new web analytics technologies and enhance web customer journey analysis Streamline and automate analytics and reporting functions by building dashboards and reports Establish KPIs and measure the impact of AB/multivariate testing, web optimization, and digital marketing initiatives Support ongoing tagging and web data auditing to ensure accurate data collection Support digital marketing initiatives through SEM, SEO, display, programmatic, etc. channels aimed at driving brand awareness and conversions Support integrated and cross-channel data-driven design by providing ad-hoc web data deliverables
