• Experience with defect management tools (ALM, Jira)
• SQL experience
• Experience in MS Word, Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Leading a team of testers
• Banking Domain knowledge and experience
• Testing Experience in Contact Centers or financial organizations, specifically with BPO and/or Call center
