Experience with project management
Experience working in a team environment

Additional Skills that would make the candidate standout :
Experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited lab.
Experience with product testing or design of ruggedized electronics hardware
Experience with development and debugging tools (e.g. oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc.)
Experience with hardware test plan authoring.
