Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Operations Business Analysis performs process analysis, provides recommendations and leads implementation efforts as it relates to financial processes and systems.
The BA will develop process, documentation, and reporting best practices and deploy processes across the hospital as it relates to financial services. This position will also interface with developers to enhance existing accounting software and recommend and test updates. Additionally, the BA will lead or participate in hospital projects as they relate to Financial Operations.
Should have 3-5 years of professional experience in an ERP environment, with previous work experience in day-to-day accounting and/or ERP applications, experience developing dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau.
Ability to apply sound management decision making skills to perform effectively in the absence of management - Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate creative problem solving techniques.
