Detailed Job Description:
Excellent knowledge of CA Workload Automation application preferably CA ESP.
Significant prior experience performing CA Workload Automation batch jobs scheduling/Scripting.
Extensive knowledge of data flow, mainframe/client server systems, problem analysis
Resourcefulness in multi-tasking, and problem resolution with moderate supervision
Capacity to acquire complete technical concepts through training and self -learning.
Experience working in ticketing system like ServiceNow and its integrations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
