Position: Business Analyst
Location: Bethpage, New York, Day 1 onsite (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months
Description
Business Analyst responsible for the creation of documentation for existing and proposed business processes/requirements, facilitation of sessions with Stakeholders and project team.
This role will work closely with all levels of operations team to maintain and prioritize new feature requests, test tools/website and identify bug fixes with an emphasis on improving the interactions between Client USA and our customers from the customers' perspective - and across the entire journey they have with our business.
- Prepares functional and technical requirements for new systems and updates to existing systems
- Defines processing logic and translates high level business requirements into detailed functional and technical design documents
- Assesses customer requirements, and evaluates and documents possible solutions
- Researches and collaborates with other project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs
- Develops and maintains user documentation and instructions for all systems for which he or she is responsible
- Basic Telecom/Cable domain knowledge
