Job Title: Business Process Solution Architect
Duration: Long-term
Location: Remote & 50% travel

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Solution Architect who will be responsible for hands-on experience in architectural documentation processes and finding the best tech solution to solve existing business problems. As a Business Process Solution Architect, you will work closely with C-level executives, project stakeholders, and senior executives to describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the project. You will define features, development phases, and solution requirements and provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered. Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on experience in architectural documentation processes.
Find the best tech solution to solve existing business problems.
Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the project to stakeholders.
Define features, development phases, and solution requirements.
Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
Provide end-to-end finance process experience.
Provide procurement experience.
Possess experience and knowledge in Oracle HCM, HRMS, and Workforce Management.
Handle large projects with ease.
Have experience or knowledge in handling large Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Hands-on experience in documenting the solution.
Possess experience working in the utility industry, which is a big plus.
