Develop and maintain the data feed process from various data sources and transmit data in preparation for loading into the MIS/DSS data warehouse
Analyze DHCS warehouse requirements and research existing claim and eligible processes to develop the data feed process
Utilize statistical tools such as SAS EG to create reports and trends from the MIS/DSS and support user requests
Perform ad hoc analysis using SAS EG
Prepare reports using BusinessObjects WEBI
Respond to help desk and system changes and updates or changes to the existing data extract and data feed process
Required Skills : - 2+ years experience working with Business Objects. - 5+ years experience working in a mainframe environment (with working knowledge of COBOL, VSAM file structures, JCL and TSO) - SAS - Experience with paid and denied claims (diagnosis codes, procedure codes, etc.) and data standards (Protected Health Information, privacy standards, HIPAA data elements, and code sets
