Apex Systems is looking for Identify a Senior ServiceNow Consultant. You would be working with a team that focuses on CMDB (Discovery Configuration Management Database). Primary responsibility of this role is to support a variety of ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB administration tasks

100% Remote East Coast Hours. 8am-5pm M-F.

Requirements:

Hands on experience in ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB solution design & configuration

• Design, implement, support, and enhance ServiceNow discovery and CMDB
• Knowledge of Cloud environments, AWS, AZURE and GCP
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, LDAP, Single-Sign-on, authentication, user and group policy objects, and permission levels
• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux Server administration, including user permission levels, SUDO virtualization, including VMware, containerization, and Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, support, and enhance ServiceNow discovery and CMDB
• Work with process owners to engineer holistic solutions
• Implement and support out of box and custom patterns to discover on premise and cloud infrastructure
• Create and use reports and dashboards to monitor the health of the CMDB
• Work with CI Data Owners and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and all CIs are up to date
• Establishes and maintains discovery schedules. Monitors discovery results, reconciling and addressing any anomalies.
• Expert analysis, troubleshooting, technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written
