Job Title: NAS Data Migration Service Delivery Manager
Job Type: Contract (52 Weeks) to Hire
Location: Dallas, TX

Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in implementing NAS data migration projects
Expert level understanding of NAS technology including Dell/EMC, NetApp and Hitachi platforms
High level knowledge of NFS, CIFS, MIXED data protocols and file data storage management services
Functional expertise with file based copy tools such as rsync, emcopy, robocopy, IMT, Datadobi, Securecopy
Experience in leading and directing technical storage administration resources
Experience in organizing project staff and scheduling migration activity
Experience in working with client staff and peer teams to deliver data migration services
Experience in following runbook activities, execution processes, quality control and assurance functions
Experience in supporting change management processes and service Q&A activities
Familiarity with file content based software defined storage (SDS)
Certified ITIL / ITSM (preferred)
Service Now Change Management experience (required)
Excel - Intermediate to advanced level (required)
Valid/proof of COVID vaccination (required)
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of NAS data migration projects for clients
Coordinate with project coordinator, technical resources, client staff and peer teams to plan and execute migration activities
Oversee the technical pre/post-migration tasks such as provisioning, base copy, data synchronization, implementation validation, customer acceptance and offline/decommissioning clean-up
Ensure the adherence to runbook activities, execution processes, quality control and assurance functions
Support change management processes and service Q&A activities
Troubleshoot and assess the impact of any issues or risks during the migration process
Report and communicate the progress and status of the migration projects to stakeholders
