Lead Data Migration/ Data Analyst

Please find the below JD for Data Migration Lead:

• Responsible for the development of the overall data migration strategy and migration flow design
• Lead a team of developers and/or migration analysts to deliver the migration design and source to target system field mapping
• Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.
• Involved in designing, planning and managing the data migration process.
• Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.
• Design and implement data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data migration.
• Develop and execute data quality checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Monitor and report on data migration progress, including identifying and resolving issues and risks.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data migration processes, including project plans, data mapping, and data transformation rules.
• Able to define and implement best practice guidance for large data migration along with the team.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools.
• Black Knight System migration experience is an added plus.
• Understanding of the mortgage business is an added plus.
