Position: Bilingual Business Analyst Consultant Location: Newark, NJ Project: PGIM Real Estate Information Systems Duration: 12 months Who we are: Cloud and Things is building a platform to allow you to build your career! Key Responsibilities: - Ability to evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, identify process improvements, and developing and solutions.
- Performing requirements analysis and documentation of the processes and results.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enable proactive business decisions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Conducting meetings and presentations to business and management for sharing insights, plans and ideas.
- Perform user acceptance testing of enhancements and system solutions.
- Perform production support and issues resolution.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Resource planning and tracking of resources, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.
- Assisting in writing technical specifications and use cases to meet business requirements.
- Develop training materials for internal users.
Qualifications: - Bi-Lingual speaker (English/Spanish)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong data analytics, organizational and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task between functional areas to support the business.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bilingual speaker (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Jira, and SQL Query.
- High competency in Data Analysis and committed to data.
Preferred Skills: - Ideal candidates will have experience with Commercial Real Estate applications, such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, RealPage, DealPath, and VTS.
- Additional experience in Latin America local requirements or Commercial Real Estate and/or private equity is highly valued.
- Candidates with a background in Commercial Real Estate applications, as well as experience in Latin America local requirements or private equity, will be considered favorably.
