Description:
The client is looking for a Project Manager III.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in System Development Lifecycle, Agile and Kanban/Scrum.
- 5-7 years of proficiency in using JIRA.
- 8-10 years of experience defining the project charter, developing the schedule, identifying milestones, risks and handling issues.
- Strong presentation skills and facilitation of meetings.
Nice to Have Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience of leadership skills, conflict management, coaching, mentoring and proper resource utilization
- Certification or training using Project Management Institute processes and guidelines (or similar project management methodology).
- 5-7 years of experience working in a DevOps environment.
Interview Process: 1 round via MSTeams (video must be on)
Duration: 6/30/23, with potential for 2-year contract extension.
Onsite or Remote? 100% remote but candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at the candidate's expense prior to
starting the role. Selected candidate must come to Madison office on first day to be photographed, fingerprinted and to receive
equipment.
Additional details: This is an URGENT need as the manager is looking to fill this by May 12th. Candidates must be available for
interviews the week of May 8th, and must be available to accept an offer by May 12th.
Pay range - $45 to $51 per hour on W2.
