About this role:
The Sr. BSA assembles detailed reviews of enterprise projects, documents requirements and helps coordinate solutions to align functional design with business needs. The Sr. BSA serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Technology (I.T.) to support Sales and other systems. Research business capabilities and "as-is" processes and systems to ensure effective incorporation of new technologies and development of "to-be" processes and system enhancements. Develops and evaluates innovative ideas to assess value added, impact, risks, challenges, opportunities, and benefits for the organization. May serve in a project management role and/or BRM (Business Relationship Management) role. Assists with impact assessment when new project initiation documents.
Ability to work independently in IT Analysis and Research. Experience with Agile and use of Azure DevOps/TFS (writing user stories). Able to identify next steps when problem solving with minimal guidance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. BSA Associate must be able to write quality user stories and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with project plans, Visio and JAMA are a Plus.
Mandatory Skills: Experience with Business Process Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation. Data modeling is a huge plus. Familiarity with Scope and Requirements Clarification, Prioritization, Validation, Sign-off and Agile methodology. Research skills including ability to vet and document "as is" systems AND processes required. Knowledge of TFS (Azure DevOps) is desired including experience with writing user stories. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory. Microsoft Office
