Bring awareness to accessibility needs
- Enrolling them on the importance of planning for accessibility
- Train them on how to use various accessibility testing tools like Deque Axe, Siteimprove, and others
- Mentor folks tangential to to the team and bring on the accessibility journey

Job Requirements -+ 5+ years experience of QA Testing and Accessibility
+ 3+ years experience using Accessibility testing Tools like Deque Axe and Siteimprove
+ 3+ years experience using team tools like Charles Proxy for logging and JIRA for cards
+ 2+ years of coaching and process creation and improvement. This could be as an Agile Coach, OCM, Lean Six Sigma, etc
+ Strong familiarity with WCAG and AQuA
+ A strong, to your core, passion for accessibility and the importance of it being thoughtfully planned and accounted for in each step of the software development lifecycle.
