Description:

The RapidResponse Principle Talend Developer will design, code, unit test, debug, and implement solutions in the RapidResponse application with an additional emphasis on the Talend extract, transform and load (ETL) software to import data from SAP to RapidResponse. The candidate is required to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to customers. The RapidResponse Talend Developer should have strong application development and systems integration experience. This person will adhere to ITAR client development standards and methodologies. This person will be capable of performing code reviews with peers and be able to recognize good programming techniques and correct coding problems. This position will work as part of the RapidResponse Core Team.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences
15+ years' experience with SAP, Talend and RapidResponse
Demonstrated soft skills required for the presentation of ideas and concepts to stakeholders such as vendors, end users and senior management.
Strong ability to lead, provide direction and motivate teams to produce results
Strong analytical, problem solving, and consultative skills
Ability to learn quickly and independently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
