Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Retail Shopper Excellence Manager in the Duluth, GA area.
  • Work on-site in Duluth, Georgia approximately 3 days per week 40 hours per week, shift is 8am-5pm.
  • Collaborate with Company AH Retail Sales, Marketing, agency and production partners and other key stakeholders to plan and develop compelling and engaging omnichannel retailer primary/secondary merchandising, detailing and other retailer production deliverables
  • Brief agency and production partners for omnichannel retailer production deliverables
  • Edit, proofreads and improve upon agency creative ensuring company AH brand standards and Style Guide specifications are met
  • Manage internal and external creative rounds and approvals for omnichannel retailer production deliverables, including Company AH's proprietary internal routing platform (AHRC) to ensure brand, regulatory and legal compliance
  • Own the deployment/shipping of all Company AH omnichannel retailer production deliverables to retailer and distributor partners within expedited timelines
  • Perform ongoing assessments of Company AH primary/secondary merchandising and detailing assets and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date and evaluate competitor primary/secondary merchandising, detailing and omnichannel shopper marketing activations, including an assessment of best practices, to aid in strategic direction of current Company AH assets
  • Develop and manage omnichannel retailer project management timelines, ensuring all relevant internal and external stakeholders are aligned
  • Manage and report sample fulfillment for omnichannel retail associates
  • Execute monthly reporting against Company AH's detailing training platform
  • Manage different stakeholders and influence behaviors related to the use of Company AH omnichannel retailer assets by communicating success, concerns, risks, and status updates on related work
  • Assist with company AH Retail team agency management and project list deliverables, including budget management, agency reviews, SOW evolution and development, et al.
  • Assist with Retail team presentation meeting deck development for internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Assist with New Product Development process and product launch roll-out for the US Retail team, which includes but is not limited to tracking down inputs from various stakeholders, retailer form completion, meeting attendance, presentation slide development, et al.
  • Assist with RSE team as needed with various internal and external projects
  • Report all violations immediately to management
  • Document observations and provide information to management as necessary
  • Complete Compliance Modules assigned annually by the Company

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in trade / shopper / customer marketing with key US retailers; Experience working within Pet Retail (i.e., Chewy, Petco, PetSmart, et al) a plus.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with agency and production partners (i.e., writing briefs, providing creative and print direction, et al) Project Management certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, project ownership and demonstrated diplomacy to effectively convey strategic vision as well as detailed and specialized information to a diverse population
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to lead external partners and the retailer's counterparts
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with a passion for attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational, project ownership, and time-management capabilities
  • Ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate work activities in a changing environment and manage time and resources to deliver work objectives on time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Seeks to identify vital interests, and understand the retailer's merchandising strategy, structure, guidelines, and underlying priorities
  • Models willingness to learn and stay up to date
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively own multiple projects and coordinate efforts with colleagues from several functional areas
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to develop strategies and tactics with measurable implementation
  • Regulatory: Perform all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
