Job Details: Title Sales Administration and Operations Estimated Regular Hours/Week 40 hours a week Location New Holland, PA, USA 17557 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote) Duration 6+ months (High possibility of extension or conversion) Job Description: - This position is responsible for order processing from receipt of order, purchasing, order management, through delivery of goods, and final invoicing.
Some of those tasks include: - Tracking and following-up on product delivery issues with customers and internal staff to exceed customer expectations in resolution with replacement parts and repair
- Issue customer credits
- Order writing & follow-up
- Report updates
- Order placement, goods receipting, and invoicing of product via SAP with tracking in Excel
- Document processes via MS Word
Must have: - A good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Word, Outlook and they should have SAP experience as well.
Additional Information: - There will be background check and Drug test.
