Job Title: Production Coordinator / Lean Manufacturing Engineering

Location: Channelview, Texas

Job Responsibilities:

* Review production demand and forecast capacity and material requirements.
* Supervising production assistants. Setting up and running the production support
* Managing schedules, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes. Ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, and products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
* Manage the production's communications, including handling production paperwork, communicating the schedule to the crew.
* Technical Problem- solving skills and 80% time spend on shop floor.
* Experience in interpreting 2D prints, which are detailed drawings that specify the dimensions, materials, and other specifications
* Document critical customer quality requirements Maintain the integrity of manufacturing data utilizing databases.
* Capacity analysis, identification of bottlenecks, machine efficiency improvements, ergonomics, buffer validation, etc.
Collaborate with relevant functions (e.g., design, procurement, quality)
Create and manage improvement projects
Time study and/or process analysis experience
Microsoft Excel + Office suite experience
Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience (Green/Black belt preferred)
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
