Job Title: Unified Messaging Enterprise Collaboration and Email Support Service Admin Job Location: Denver, Colorado Job Duration: Long-Term Job Description: Education/Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
MANDATORY: - Provide professional and timely support for the End User Services Division, and its associated Change Advisory Boards (CAB).
- Continual review, maintenance and daily focus on operational security risks and best practices.
- Shall provide expert services maintaining the administrative functions located under End User Services, to include scribing of minutes, preparation of agendas, creation and tracking of CAB requests (RFC), action item lists, and follow up on all included items.
- Maintain Division level Contact Lists for employees, contractors, and CAB membership.
- Scheduling of various Division and CAB meetings on a weekly basis.
- Maintenance of CAB related documentation such as Functional Specification documents, etc.
- Functional Responsibility/ Tasks:
- Scheduling and support of technical sub team meetings as may be required for each CAB.
- Maintenance of Division and CAB related email distribution groups.
