Sustainability Program Manager Location: Cupertino, CA/Hybrid Duration: 10 months
Description:
The Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader who can drive change for client Channels global supply chain.
The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for identifying and driving sustainability projects, and implement sustainability best practices throughout the supply chain.
Key Qualifications
5+ years project management experience, preferably in a high tech or computer-related industry.
Prior experience managing complex projects including setting goals, meeting tight timelines, and executing to roadmap with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of driving and managing sustainability projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and formulate strategic recommendations.
Deep knowledge of sustainability KPIs and best practices.

Description
- Provide Sustainability subject matter expertise for the CSO team in all areas of the supply chain, including but not limited to packaging, logistics, and re-use, recycling, and repurposing of material.
- Own and drive key sustainability projects.
- Lead cross functional projects to develop new, as well as refining existing processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities, and present proposal for course of action.
- Establish KPIs and metrics allowing CSO to measure and track progress
- Partner with multiple cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
- Define and track project timelines
