Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Transformation Project Manager on a long-term contract basis. Work Location: New York, NY Summary: Provide project / program management support for the execution of the Emerging Market platform development and strategy program. Planning & rollout of new platform enhancements including technology across multiple asset classes to the local markets' businesses. Detail project plans to support business led strategy across multiple workstreams. Provide updates to facilitate end to end tracking/monitoring/status reporting of workstreams and new product approvals. Ensuring critical 2023 planning is completed through engagement with relevant stakeholders across 1LOD and 2LOD. Working with relevant teams to ensure execution of 2023 plan including technology enhancements or new build. Driving discussions with business to ensure challenges with the execution of the plan are documented and addressed. Pay range is $61-$79 per hour. Required Skills: 5+ years' experience Qualified project / program management (Prince 2, Agile, APM, PMI, etc.) Strong communication skills with vertical and horizontal stakeholder management skills Experience working with control functions and Capital Markets businesses Working knowledge of markets products, data integration, workflow technology and approval processes Organized, detail oriented, and able to track and maintain multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong ability to accurately understand and document complex plans / processes and report effectively Must be comfortable working autonomously with the ability to derive effective solutions whilst recognizing where appropriate escalation is required Business facing or in-business investment banking experience (front / middle office, operations) a strong preference Detailed knowledge of Capital Markets traded products (securities and OTC) preferred Data analysis and workflow technology skills is a plus Producing and operating project / program plans is a plus The post appeared first on .
