Position Title: MS Office Specialist (W/Project Management exp.)

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months contract with possibility of extension

Microsoft Specialist with expertise in Power point Presentation and knowledge on Project management tools and techniques.

Job Description

• The specialist is responsible for creating and editing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, graphing excel charts and MS Word documents.
• The candidate should have experience and understanding of project management, proof of concept development, and requirements gathering.
• The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working collaboratively with stakeholders such as project managers, subject matter experts and other technical and business professionals on variety of IT projects.

Qualification -

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and proficiency in MS Outlook, and one drive and SharePoint usage.
• Advanced skills in creating custom graphics, images, and animations for presentations.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content and design.
• Familiarity with different presentation styles and formats.
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours or during weekends when required to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Their core technology is on ERP accounting application. If anyone worked on any ERP software (Oracle, SAP) will be great.. desirable skill.
