Job Description:
Possesses capability to work on full business and/or technology stack.
Provide guidance, assistance and consultation to others (i.e., SME, mentor).
Serves as an escalation point for complex issues,
problems and solutions
Performs some advanced system integrations working across multiple systems; Assesses system capabilities and uses information to creates awareness of issues, challenges and areas of improvement and researches to solve problems
Troubleshoots across multiple systems providing some guidance to others
Takes appropriate actions on information related to performance
Performs basic system integrations and has understanding of API's
Coordinates all aspects of the build and deployment of infrastructure with appropriate partners; Troubleshoots issues to ensure a working solution
