Mandatory Qualificaton
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes including mainframe systems administration, design or programming.
At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
A minimum of four (4) years of technical experience as a system or software administrator for mainframe Remote Access Control Facility (RACF) security infrastructure and component interfaces including familiarity with industry security standards.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in information technology projects designing, developing, and implementing solutions in accordance with business requirements, company policy, and industry security standards.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience authoring complex technical documentation, e.g., system flow charts, system security plans, procedures.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or IT engineering field.
Qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year
Desirable Qualifications (DQ)

Six (6) years of experience in information technology projects designing, developing, and implementing solutions in accordance with business requirements, company security policy, and industry security standards.
Five (5) years of experience authoring complex technical documentation, e.g., system flow charts, system security plans, procedures..
Possession of a Master's degree in an IT- related or IT Engineering field. Additional
