Title: Accounting Representative
Location: Franklin, TN (37067)
Duration: 5+ Months
Shift Timings: M-F, 8AM-5PM Flexibility in schedule once ramped up

Job Description:

• Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Accounting/Financial Reporting.
• Performs a broad range of basic accounting functions.
• Issues tend to be routine in nature.
• Assigns transaction codes to documents.
• Assures documents being processed are included in the appropriate accounting period.
• Posts, balances, and closes subsidiary ledgers.
• Follows up on delinquent accounts receivable customers.
• Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents; makes adjustments.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting/Financial Reporting and business/operating processes and procedures.
• Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
