Requirements:

Looking for an Angular 8 or higher Expert who is capable of and willing to also work on our legacy apps as well. Expert means the consultant has worked with various versions of Angular throughout their career and they are now working on Angular 8 and have solid Angular 8 experience.
Angular 8+, as well as C#  Experience with BOTH front end (Angular 8 or higher) and back end (C#)  experience
Capable of and willing to work on a VB.NET Winforms application
