Job Title: Cognos Administrator
Location: Seattle,WA (onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
8+ yrs of IT experience highly skilled in administration of both Cognos 10.2 & 11 including knowledge of the new features that are available in 11.
Administrate the BI applications.
Provide a stable environment that meets performance needs and make adjustments as needed
Create metadata models using Cognos framework manager
Understand & validate the data model in collaboration with data modeler & SMEs
Working with other internal and external resources, plan and manage BI system implementations and upgrades,
license management, security, auditing, and future/additional product evaluations for the business intelligence applications as needed.
Maintain and monitor all BI environments including development, test, production, and disaster recovery.
Ability to balance multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team Passionate about collaborating with engineering teams to drive innovative products
