Job Description: Pay: $80+/hr Aid in the development of new ingredient technology for Food and Beverage Heinz food and beverage products Conduct bench top and pilot plant trials to optimize formulation and processes Perform functional evaluations of new ingredients and record results Perform sensory testing of prototypes and coordinate expert panel sensory tests Coordinate team evaluations on a regular basis Submit prototypes for analytical testing and compile results Communicate with suppliers for ingredient requests and information Write progress reports Maintain and organize laboratory and supplies
