Title: Oracle EBS Techno Functional

Job Summary: Our company is seeking an experienced Oracle Techno Functional Consultant with a strong emphasis on Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building project estimates, leading a team of developers, communicating with customers, and providing them with the best possible solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and propose solutions using Oracle EBS.
• Develop project estimates, timelines, and budgets and manage project execution to ensure they are completed within these constraints.
• Lead a team of developers and provide guidance on development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle EBS modules including Financials, HRMS, SCM, and Projects.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adhere to established standards and best practices.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project status updates and ensure their requirements are met.
• Collaborate with other functional and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure the smooth operation of Oracle EBS environments.
• Participate in the development of proposals and statements of work to win new business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS development and implementation, including experience with Financials, HRMS, SCM, and Projects modules.
• Strong experience in leading a team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Ability to build project estimates, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and underlying technologies.
