Business Analyst/Scrum Master Exp range : 8-12 yrs max

Key qualifications Understanding of TV+ business processes and their relationship to technology Hands-on experience defining and documenting process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, test artifacts Hands-on experience as scrum master Experience supporting small, medium, and large scale technology projects in implementation and on-going support Excellent problem solving abilities Excellent business and data analysis skills Effectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individuals Thrives in a dynamic environment, fast-paced environment Establishes milestones and meets commitments on deadlines Communicates effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive) Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts Experience in media and entertainment is required Duties and Responsibilities Production support of various custom build applications such as casting, content policy & ratings using support tools such as Zendesk, ServiceNow Lead functional activities for various Airtable requirements from Legal stakeholder - marketing assets review Scrum master for one custom build application that is in delivery Responsible for drafting project plan, buiness requirements documents, functional specificiation document for applications being worked on Lead and/or participate in the development of functional requirements and technical specifications Lead and/or participate in test planning and testing activities Lead and/or participate in training planning, documentation and delivery Project Management 2-5 years Business analysis 5-10 years L2 Production Support At least 1 year Airtable At least 1 year Functional Documentation 2-5 years Functional Testing 2-5 years Training Material Documentation At least 1 year Requirements Gathering 5-10 years Zendesk At least 1 year Scrum 2-5 years Agile Scrum At least 1 year
