Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Test Lead
Overview: Client is implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and migrating from legacy PeopleSoft HCM system. In the second phase Oracle ERP Cloud is migrating from legacy JD Edwards system. Testing team is in place but testing lead position is now vacant/transitioning out. Team uses Jira for test management and other typical tools and techniques for an Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP implementation and JDE/PSFT migration.
Location: Remote
Experience Level: Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP testing experience and supervisory experience required. Seeking manager level resource.
Ability to write Test Scripts in Oracle HCM
- Modules involved: HCM Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Health and Safety
Ability to create and perform:
1) Develop test plans
2) Develop test scripts and test cases
3) Provide testing services
4) Coordinate and document CRP, SIT and User Acceptance Testing.
Required Skills : Jira Oracle HCM Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Health and Safety Capable of creating test scripts, and cases Strong communication skills
