Proficient in Workday (strongly preferred but not a big must)
Go getter, needs minimal supervision

We are looking for a candidate that has:
Full cycle recruiting experience (requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidate, etc.).
Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous Workday experience is a plus but not necessary.
Knowledge with maintenance in a manufacturing plant (electrical, mechanical, industrial) is a plus but not necessary.
