Description:

3 years of experience with performance testing using LoadRunner Cloud or similar toolset (MicroFocus LoadRunner Professional and LoadRunner Enterprise) (must have)
2 years of recent experience scripting web applications.
2 years of experience integrating a performance testing strategy, approach into an Agile delivery environment.
1 year of experience in source control systems (preferably GIT)
1 year of experience in monitoring with Splunk, SiteScope or similar toolset (nice to have)
Lead to partner with E2E and UAT Leads and other project stakeholders & development teams for scope, requirements and execution of performance testing
Be the point person for Performance Testing team, provide oversight and guidance to the team, define process and artifacts, Provide performance testing estimates (effort and time)
Assign and guide performance engineer to the support the project
Partnering with TCOE, Dev, Project team, Business as needed
Health Care experience (must have)
Azure DevOps hands-on experience (must have Azure DevOps, Kanban Boards, Dashboards, Tasks/Activity management etc.)
EDI knowledge (nice to have functional preferred)
Preferable certified Scrum Master to groom the work items and coordinating the work as required (preferred)
