Pay Range: $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a technical role with functional responsibility to apply your network technology knowledge, skills, and expertise to support our corporate headquarters, data centers, and control centers network.
• You will work with subject matter experts to install, maintain, troubleshoot and support IP and Communications infrastructure components including LAN and WAN networking, Cisco Wireless network, Cisco CUCM , video conference equipment and other related technologies encompassing 100+ sites within NYC and Westchester
• Travel within the five boroughs of New York City and Westchester, visit various job locations including substations, workout locations, and office buildings with varying access requirements  to assist with infrastructure maintenance and support activities
• Support network equipment upgrades including installing and retiring devices (e.g. router, switch, wireless access point etc.)
• Review monitored system alerts and alarms and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation required to resolve issues, track progress in ServiceNow, and provide status update reports on all issues (opened, pending, resolved, etc.)
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting infrastructure components including wiring, routers and switches, wireless access points, IP-phones, video conference equipment
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
• Experience with wireless networking technologies and protocols
• Experience with Cisco CUCM and Poly video conferencing technologies
• Familiar with 66 Block and 110 Block cross connect procedures
• Experience using wire troubleshooting and packet analysis tools such as tracer/toner, continuity testers, and WireShark.
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a IT experience
• Or associate degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of (3) years of IT experience
• Or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of (5) years of IT experience preferably in Information Technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•  Licenses and Certifications: Driver's License Required ,CCNA, CCNA-voice.
• Physical Demands:Must push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for an entire shift
• Must have excellent manual dexterity and be able to use hands for an entire shift
• Must stoop, bend, reach and kneel throughout the workday
• Must be able to read small print and symbols
• Other Physical Demands: Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, gloves, and safety shoes when required
• Provide your own transportation to travel between job.
