Nashville TN Hybrid Must be local

PMO Governance Lead role:

Located locally in Nashville willing to go onsite 3-4 days a week

• Compliance, training, talent development and project administration
  • Initiating and evaluating projects
  • Mentoring and leading teams
  • Developing and evaluating processes
  • Identifying and training top talent for placement in specified project roles
• Planview
  • Extensive experience know the tool inside and out
• Financial Management
  • Conducting financial audits of projects
  • Ensuring PMs stay on top of every number of their budget (POs are processed and reconciled)
• Risks & Issues
  • RAID Logs ensuring PMs stay on top of their risks & issues on a weekly basis
    • Proactively identify risks & issues
    • Figure out the impact to budget, scope, and timeline
    • Work with the team to create a mitigation plan
  • Accountability
    • Ensuring PMs hold the team accountable to their delivery dates
    • Ensuring PMs stay on top of their financials
  • 3 legs of a project: SCOPE, TIMELINE, BUDGET!!
  • PERSONALITY!!!
    • Aggressive, Driver, Push forward, Does not back down
    • Holding people accountable is not for the weak at heart
      • Politely calling people out when necessary
