Title: Production Support

Location: NYC, NY

Type: Contract

Note: Hybrid position

Job description:

• More focus on support activity - from BA and Tech background,
• Application Production Support Repo
• Trading Application with SQL.
• No Desktop Support or IT support.
• Trading domain experience required. Institutional Trading would be preferred.
• (link removed) experience and understanding is required to support the production issue.
• Must have hands-on SQL server creating store procedure, tables join, triggers, cursors
• Liaise with business (Repo Traders) to understand strategies and interpret underlying business needs.
• Work with project manager to achieve successful implementations.
• Utilize query tools to confirm data quality and investigate questions
• Track, resolve and escalate issues for production issues as well as projects while keeping relevant stakeholders informed
