Position:- Lead Sitecore Developer,

Location:  Lenexa, KS (Hybrid) ,

Client :- Cognizant ,  

Duration:- 12+ Month Contract. ,

Job Description:-

Top 3 must haves:-

1. Sitecore
2. Dot Net MVC
3. Headless CMS experience

• 10+ years of experience in Sitecore development
• Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and development practices
• Experience with .NET/C# programming languages
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and client-facing experience
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering successful Sitecore projects
• Experience with Docker and AKS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Lead the technical delivery of Sitecore projects, from concept to deployment
• Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop technical architectures and designs for Sitecore solutions, ensuring that they meet client needs and are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Manage the development team and ensure that all team members are following best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with other departments such as project management, design, and QA to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business goals
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Deploy Sitecore solutions on AKS using Docker
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide recommendations for process improvements

Stay up to date with Sitecore developments and industry trends and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Education :- bachelors degree in computer science or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
