Role: Oracle EPM Role - HR/Payroll module

Duration: 6+ months

Hybrid/Remote: Kansas City, MO (Would prefer someone local that could come into the office on occasion, but open to someone fully remote if necessary.)

MUST HAVE: HR/ PAYROLL AND ON PERM EXP.

Required:

Looking for someone to come in and provide support and enhancement development for Oracle Applications ver. 12.2.x

It will be 80% technical and 20% functional

Currently the work is On Prem Oracle (they will be doing a migration to the Cloud in 2024).

Modules that will be worked mostly are HR, Payroll and Accounting

Hyperion Essbase - He would allow a candidate to have Groovy as the only exception to not having Essbase. He feels he can teach them Essbase if they have Groovy.

EPM Cloud

Modules that are most important - Accounting, Financial, Planning and Budgeting

SQL

ETL - any tool

Preferred:
Oracle DRM/DRG
Fusion Cloud Applications

General Info about project:
They doing a migration from Hyperion to EPM Cloud. So migration to the cloud is what they really want. Also migrating the Planning Application to the Cloud to help support forecasting.

What You'll Be Doing

Formulation and execution of enterprise financial information systems (Oracle EPM) and aligning overall direction with global business and IT strategies

Develop/support fusion cloud SAAS applications, not limited to, but including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Management Reporting cube (MR), Enterprise Data Management (EDM)

Ensure that the business information requirements are being met, that the business customers are enabled to make informative, actionable decisions and gain insight through financial analysis and reporting

Responsible for ensuring that architectural integrity and best practices are maintained at the application and project level

Manage and Lead EPM Analysts, directly and/or indirectly, to ensure best practices and governance is followed

Organization strategy development and implementation, including policies, processes, people, budget and technologies

What We Need From You

5+ years' experience in program development in the financial enterprise performance management arena

2+ year's management of technical/support personnel

2+ year's project management experience

5+ years' experience with EPM Cloud or Essbase or HFM and FDM

5+ years on Planning and budgeting Application

2+ years on Capex Application

EPM Cloud Financial Close and Consolidation along with reporting

End to end business process knowledge, ability to work directly with end-users

Ability to clearly document architectures, communications networks designs, processes, standards, policies, etc.

Capable of conveying ideas clearly and concisely

What We Also Value (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, Finance, Business Administration
Experience with HSF and DRM/DRG
Expertise with fusion cloud applications including Financial Close and Consolidation, EPM Cloud Planning, EPM Cloud tax reporting, EPM cloud Profitability and cost management, narrative reporting, and Oracle enterprise data management cloud
