Job Details Job Title: ITSM/ ServiceNow Admin Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6+ Months C2H Hybrid : Onsite on Wednesday
Must Haves
- IT Service Management, Problem Management, Change Management
- Experience in a Production Support Environment
- 24x7 On call availability (Notice will be provided if required On-Call)
- (Oracle Financials, Service Now, SAP Concur, Rally)
- Experience with VMS
Bachelors degree in Computer Science degree or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
5 -8 years of working experience in performing service management activities
Working experience in specific service management domain
Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy. Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking own and others' outputs. Develops and uses checklists to ensure information goes out error-free. Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions and oversights. Learns from mistakes and applies lessons learned.
