Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Technician (Hybrid)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Type: Corp-Corp / 1099 / Contract W2

Rate: $38/hr. on C2C

Job Description:

Under direct supervision provides management and technical support of workstation architecture to in-house and remote systems. Configure, deploy and support desktop applications and ensure all configurations comply with IT policies & security parameters

Job Summary:

Create / maintain / distribute workstation images

Create / maintain / distribute virtual images

Monitor and manage distribution points

Manage workstation and server endpoints

Tier II/III system administration requests

Utilize change management processes (i.e. project testing, impact analysis, communication, back out strategies.)

Participate and/or support other teams during implementation projects

Support a variety of workstation hardware models (desktops, laptops, & tablets). Configure, install, and troubleshoot issues.

Provide Tier II/III level support for field technicians as it relates to imaging, application installation and basic hardware /software troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience

OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience

OR One year of experience at the lower-level Systems Administrator 1 or position equivalent.
