ServiceNow CMDB Architect Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Proven track record in ITSM
Advanced Experience with Service now implementation of CMDB
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
4-6 years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience
Advanced experience with Service now or ITSM toll configuration and custom development
In depth experience in process flow analysis and re-design of same
